Break Thru awarded Enterprise Training Provider of the Year

NWRL

Break Thru is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Enterprise Training Provider of the Year at the recent 2015 TAFE Western Sydney Student Excellence Awards. The award was presented following our work on the North West Rail Link training initiative.

As the lead employment services provider, Break Thru partnered with TAFE Western Sydney Institute and Transport for NSW to deliver real results for our job seekers.

The partnership has so far successfully supported over 60% of job seekers from across Western Sydney into employment on the iconic North West Rail Link project and other related industries after graduating from the course.

We’d like to congratulate the Break Thru team who worked tirelessly for this success, with special mention to National Partnerships Manager Martin Petersons, Partnerships Manager Kevin Zahra, ATSI Strategy Manager Ben Leslie and Indigenous Mentor Garry Simpson who were truly committed to the success of the project. The team recognised the real opportunity this partnership provided to our job seekers in Sydney.

We’d also like to highlight the outstanding support and work of TAFE staff and the staff at Global Skills who have demonstrated the true meaning of collaboration and the success that it will afford all people.
