Annually, Break Thru partner with Macquarie University's Voice Project to undertake our employee climate survery.We do this to:

obtain feedback on the views of all employees on areas such as leadership strategy, teamwork, communication, resources, facilities and safety
and a range of issues affecting job satisfaction and wellness

help establish a data "benchmark" so that Break Thru will be able to compare how we are tracking over time
So... the results!
Our last survey in 2010 was completed by 551 employees which gave us an excellent response rate of 80%.
