Academy of Learning

The Academy of Learning has a strong commitment to provide quality learning that is personalised to meet the needs of each individual.

You learn at your own pace and within your own flexible, planned guidelines and there is no need to keep pace with other students.

This is just one reason why we have a proven success with a wide array of people including those with busy lifestyles such as single parents, those returning to work after injury and people with disabilities.

You don’t need computing or any special skills. Our facilitators will help you to identify the level that is right for you.

All courses are competency based and all lessons contain a clearly defined objective and tests of your understanding. If a lesson is not understood you can just repeat it, or ask for assistance from our qualified and supportive facilitators. The Academy of Learning’s exclusive Integrated Learning ™ system combines audio instructions to explain concepts and guides you through skills-based applications on the computer and is customised to keep pace with each work book. The facilitator is there to work with you if you require extra assistance.

"Learning by Doing"

You are "Learning by Doing", which research shows is the most effective way to retain what we learn. By just hearing something participants remember 30%, by just seeing it participants remember 40%, but by doing it participants remember 70%.
