Annually, Break Thru partner with Macquarie University's Voice Project to undertake our employee climate survey.
 
We do this to:
 

>	obtain feedback on the views of all employees on areas such as leadership strategy, teamwork, communication, resources, facilities and safety and a range of issues affecting job satisfaction and wellness
>	help establish a data "benchmark" so that Break Thru will be able to compare how we are tracking over time

> Our last survey in 2010 was completed by 551 employees which meant we heard over 80% of our people’s “voices”. This is what they told us:
